Surrender A Bird

All bird(s) are placed into a quarantine facility before being placed up for adoption. Each bird's time in quarantine is on a case by case basis and time in quarantine will be assessed by progress of bird(s) rehab. Please Print and fill out BOTH forms below so we can insure proper placement of your bird(s) if you do not have access to a printer we have these available at the rescue center. Also, please inform us of when you are planning on surrendering your bird(s) so we can arrange for transportation to quarantine.
